Welcome to Love Lab Coaching (“Love Lab”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing or using our website, courses, downloads, emails, or related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1) Who we are & what we offer

Love Lab Coaching provides educational coaching, courses, and digital tools for its Clients. We do not provide therapy, counselling, medical, psychological, legal, or crisis services.

  • Not Therapy. Content is educational and for personal use only.

  • Not for emergencies. If you’re in crisis or have safety concerns, use local emergency resources immediately.

2) No affiliation with the Gottman Institute

Love Lab Coaching is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Gottman Institute. We use Gottman-based practices.

3) Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province/territory/state to purchase. You’re responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping login details secure.

4) Payments, pricing & taxes

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the site and may change at any time. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Payment is processed by our third-party provider.

5) Digital delivery & materials fulfillment

  • Course access: The 7-Week Relationship Reset includes lifetime access to course materials.

  • Gottman materials: The Seven Principles Digital Couples Set is purchased and accessed at Gottman.com → My Account. All purchases, refunds for those materials, and access troubleshooting are handled by Gottman.com.

6) Refunds & cancellations

All course sales are final once the course materials are accessed. The Digital Couples Set is a separate purchase at Gottman.com; refunds/troubleshooting for that product are handled by Gottman.com

7) License & acceptable use

  • Personal license. Upon purchase, Love Lab Coaching grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use.

  • No redistribution. You may not share, post, resell, reproduce, or distribute course content, worksheets, or downloads.

  • No scraping or reverse engineering. You may not scrape, frame, or attempt to bypass security or access controls.

  • We may watermark or otherwise protect digital assets.

8) Intellectual property

All content on the site and in the Services is owned by Love Lab Coaching or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. “Love Lab Coaching” and associated marks may be trademarks of Love Lab Coaching. Third-party names and marks (e.g., “Gottman”) are the property of their respective owners.

9) Privacy & data sharing

We handle your information according to our Privacy Policy.
For materials fulfillment, we share your name and email with the Gottman Institute so they can deliver the digital guide to you. By purchasing, you consent to this sharing for fulfillment purposes.

10) Pocket-Coach & future features

“Pocket-Coach” may be offered as Coming Soon / Early Access. Features and timing are subject to change.

11) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

12) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Lab Coaching will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product/service in the 12 months before the claim.

13) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Love Lab Coaching harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Services, and we may update these Terms. When we do, we’ll update the Effective date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.

15) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Courts located in Alberta, Canada, will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where local consumer law provides otherwise.
