Viktor’s Love Lab · Menopause Partner Clarity
75 Minutes · CAD $225
When Menopause Changes the Conversation, Understanding Matters.
Something may feel different in your relationship.
Perhaps intimacy has changed. Your partner seems more distant, conversations have become harder, or the connection you once shared doesn't feel quite the same.
You may know that perimenopause or menopause is part of your partner's life, but you're not sure how much of what you're experiencing is connected to it.
You want to be supportive. But you also have questions, feelings, and needs of your own.
You don't have to understand everything before asking for guidance.
The Menopause Partner Clarity Session is a 75-minute conversation designed to help you better understand how menopause and other midlife changes may be interacting with your relationship—and what that might mean for you as a partner.
When You Want to Understand, Not Assume.
This session is especially designed for partners who:
- Notice changes in intimacy, affection, or emotional connection.
- Want to better understand perimenopause or menopause in a relationship context.
- Feel uncertain about how to offer support without creating more pressure.
- Are struggling with misunderstandings, frustration, or emotional distance.
- Have concerns or needs of their own that they find difficult to express.
- Wonder whether the challenges they're experiencing are related to menopause, broader relationship patterns, or both.
You don't need to have all the answers—or even know exactly what questions to ask.
And your partner doesn't need to attend for you to begin exploring your own understanding and choices.
This isn't about learning how to manage or fix your partner.
It's about understanding what may be happening between you.
Menopause May Be Part of the Story. Let's Understand the Whole Story.
Every relationship has its own history, patterns, and circumstances.
During our conversation, we'll focus on what matters most to your situation.
Understanding the Menopause Context
We'll explore how perimenopause and menopause may affect someone's experience of daily life and how these changes can interact with relationships.
The goal is to build understanding without making medical assumptions about your partner.
Looking Beyond Hormones
Stress, unresolved conflict, emotional distance, changing priorities, and longstanding relationship patterns can also influence how partners experience each other.
We'll consider the wider relationship context rather than automatically attributing every difficulty to menopause.
Understanding Both Experiences
You may be trying to understand what your partner is experiencing while also struggling with feelings of rejection, loneliness, confusion, or frustration.
Your experience matters too.
We'll explore how you can acknowledge your own feelings and needs without dismissing your partner's experience.
Finding More Intentional Ways Forward
Sometimes support begins with small changes: listening differently, asking better questions, respecting boundaries, or finding ways to remain connected without pressure.
We'll explore what is within your control and which next steps might deserve consideration.
The goal isn't to return your relationship to how it used to be. It's to better understand what your relationship may need today.
A Thoughtful Conversation About Your Relationship.
Duration: 75 minutes
Investment: CAD $225
Format: One focused conversation with Viktor Domahidy.
This is a standalone session. There's no requirement to enroll in a course or commit to ongoing coaching.
We'll begin with the concerns and questions that brought you here.
Together, we'll explore what you know, what remains uncertain, and what may be helpful to understand or consider next.
You don't need to complete Are You in Sync? before booking. If you already have a Relationship Snapshot, sharing it with Viktor is optional and requires your explicit consent.
This session provides relationship education and coaching, not medical diagnosis, hormone treatment, sex therapy, or psychotherapy.
Where medical questions or symptoms arise, appropriate healthcare professionals are the right source of medical assessment and treatment.
A single conversation can't resolve every relationship challenge, but it can provide an opportunity for understanding, reflection, and direction.
You Can Be Supportive Without Having Every Answer.
You may want to understand your partner better.
You may want to understand yourself better.
Or perhaps you simply want to make sense of the changes you're both navigating.
You don't have to ignore your own needs to be a caring partner. And you don't have to assume that everything happening in your relationship is caused by menopause.
We can begin by exploring the story.
